We offer our customers a 360-degree service that ranges from space booking, to the creation of customized stands, up to a real restaurant with products made in Italy. Our staff also takes care of managing hotel reservations, the transportation of goods, the finding of hostesses and interpreters and all those accessory services that revolve around such an important event.

Our office is directly responsible for booking hotels and apartments for our clients. Friedrichshafen is a very small town with little hotel accommodation, for these reasons we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible. Shipping the goods is an aspect not to be underestimated. Generic couriers often deliver the goods late or ruined, causing serious damage to the company. For this reason we personally follow all the transport phases: our warehouse, of more than 500 square meters, is the collection point of the various products that are loaded with the utmost care. Once on trucks the goods depart directly to Friedrichshafen where our staff unloads and delivers it to the customer the day before the opening. All products displayed and transported by us are insured for a maximum of € 100,000.00 against fire and theft. It is good to remember that insurance does not cover theft with dexterity. You can request a quote for the night surveillance service by writing to email@example.com.
Simply tell the entrance guards your pavilion and stand number. You will be required to pay a deposit of 50 euros that will be returned at the exit if you will be able to sustain yourself within the fairgrounds for up to 4 hours. A few meters from the neighborhood there is a totally free parking lot that does not require the payment of the deposit.

We support our customers not renting audio and video systems. You can organize the presentation both inside your stand and in our restaurant and accompany it with a coffee break or tasty finger food strictly made in Italy
The bar area is open to all Expo time customers, you will find rich breakfasts and tasty aperitifs. Upon your arrival at the fair, inside the envelope that will be delivered to you, you will find the meal vouchers in proportion to the square meters of your stand. Extra meal vouchers can be requested from Roberto Bizzozero, email@example.com. The restaurant opens daily at 1 p.m. and closes at 15:30, you can also order sandwiches that will be delivered directly to the stand.
The installation can only take place after 5 p.m. on the closing day. If this timetable is not met, a fine or exclusion from the next event may be applied by the fairgrounds.
