The trade fair system represented by Lineapelle, and the various shows it is involved in, hinges upon the first-rate status of those (Italian) companies which stand for style, quality and customer service. Since 1981, Lineapelle has represented the ultimate international exhibition of leathers, accessories, components, synthetic materials, textiles and patterns for footwear, small leather goods, leather clothing and leather furniture. It takes place twice a year at the Milan exhibition centre: in March for the summer collections, and in September for the winter collections. Lineapelle lies at the heart of a universe of 50,000 businesses, 1 million workers and a turnover of 115 billion dollars per year.
The exhibition is open each day to the public and to industry professionals.
